<Poem>

<Translation>
Many a time we've been parted by sea and land,
Between us we've seen rivers roll and mountains stand.
We wonder if it's a dream now we meet again;
We ask each other's age condoling on our bane.
The lonely lamp sheds coldly on the rain its rays,
The dense bamboo grove is bedimmed by misty haze.
The parting sorrow of the morrow all the more
Endears the cups at the farewell party we pour.
